Ginger and Black Fungus Chicken





This dish is for my mum, coz she cant eat seafood. So this dish im not using chicken, i use pork. Mayb when you try, you can use chicken, i believe it will be more delicious.





Ingredients:




1 skinless & boneless chicken breast (cut into strips)
2 inches ginger (peeled and cut into thin strips)
1 teaspoon oyster sauce
1 1/2 teaspoon kecap manis (sweet soy sauce)
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon fermented soy beans (taucheo)
4 pieces dried black fungus (pre-softened in warm water for 30 minutes, then cut into bite-size pieces)
1 1/2 tablespoons cooking oil
1 small red onion (quartered)
2 tablespoons water
1 stalk scallion (cut into 1 inch length)






Method:




Heat up the cooking oil in a wok and stir fry the ginger strips until aromatic. Add in the onions and black fungus and do a few quick stirs. Add the fermented soy bean before adding the chicken strips into the wok. Stir-fry the chicken meat until the color changes, then add in oyster sauce, kecap manis, and sugar. Stir all ingredients together before adding in the water. Add the scallions, do a few quick stirs, dish out and serve .


p/s : feel weird with my photo??? hahaha... yes... no scallion right? haha... i forget to buy .. hhehehheh

Asam Prawn...

If you like prawn... you can try this...my dad like it so much...



Ingredients:




6-8 oz shell-on prawns



1 1/2 tablespoons tamarind (asam)
4 tablespoons water
1 teaspoon sugar
1/4 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons cooking oil


Method:




Mix the tamarind pulp with 4 tablespoons water. Extract the juice from the tamarind (asam.).


Devein the prawns by slitting the back. Rinse prawns with water and pat dry with paper towers. Add the tamarind juice and pulp, salt, and sugar into the prawns and mix well with your hand. Marinate for 15 minutes. .



Heat up a wok and add cooking oil. As soon as it’s heated, drop the prawns into the wok and pan fry until cooked and slightly burnt. Dish out and serve immediately.You can also pan-fried the prawns with the tamarind pulp if you wish. 


Yummy !!!

Spicy Clams in Thai Roasted Chili Paste

class , today we will cook clam.. heheeh.. i believe that many ppl like clam. But not me.. heheh.. today i cook clam is for my dad, he like clam so much.....lets start...

Ingredients:



1 1/2 pound clams


2 tablespoons nam prik phao ( thai chili paste )


2 oz Thai basil (remove stems, just use the leaves)
4 or 5 bird’s eye chilies (lightly pounded)


2 cloves garlic (finely chopped)
1 teaspoon sugar or to taste
1/2 teaspoon fish sauce (optional or to taste)
3 tablespoons oil

Method:


Clean and rinse the clams well.Heat wok over high heat and add oil. Stir-fry the garlic until aromatic, then add nam prik phao and bird’s eye chilies. Continue stirring for 1 minute and add clams into the wok. Stir-fry until the clams open, then add Thai basil leaves, fish sauce and sugar to taste. Do a few quick stirs, dish out and serve .

Easy right??? for me is abit spicy... mayb you can less the chili..if you don't like too spicy. The Thai chili paste, you can get at Supermarket mayb Tesco.. happy cooking...

每一个女孩的身边都有一个不是男朋友男朋友...



但是,为了什么原因你们没能在一起? 也许他为了朋友之间的义气,不能追你。 也许为了顾及家人的意见 ,你们没有在一起。 也许为了出国深造,他没有要你等他。


也许你们相遇太早, 还不懂得珍惜对方。


也许你们相遇太晚, 你们身边已经有了另一个人。


也许你回头太迟, 对方已不再等待


也许你们彼此在捉摸对方的心, 而迟迟无法跨出界线。


不过即使你们没在一起, 你们还是保持了朋友的关系。


但是你们心底清楚, 对这个人,你比朋友还多了一份关心。


即使不能跟他名正言顺的牵着手逛街, 你们还是可以做无所不谈的朋友。


有喜欢的人,你口头上会帮他追, 心里却不是很清楚你是不是真的希望他追到。


他遇到困难时, 你会尽你所能的帮他, 不会计较谁又欠了谁。


男女朋友吃醋了, 你会安抚他们说你和他只是朋友
 但你心中会有那么一丝的不确定


每个人这辈子, 心中都有过这幺一个特别的朋友, 很矛盾的行为。


一开始你不甘心只做朋友的, 但久了,突然发现这样最好。


宁愿这样关心他, 总好过你们在一起而有天会分手


特别是这样, 你还是知道, 他永远会关心你的。


做不成男女朋友, 当他那个特别的朋友, 有什么不好呢?


你心中的这个特别的朋友...? 是谁呢


很多的感情, 都因为一厢情愿, 最后连朋友都当不成了


常常觉得惋惜, 可惜一些本来很好的友情


最后却因为对方的一句喜欢你, 如果你没有反应,这一段友情似乎也难以维持下去, 这也难怪有些人会因此不肯踏出这一步


因为这就像是一场赌注, 表白了之后不是成了男女朋友,
要不就连朋友都当不成了


有些事不是你能预料的,或许对方不在意, 你们还可以是朋友,但却已经不如从前的好.


希望你们能珍惜身边的人


可能在这一刻你们不觉得他/她是你生命中最重要的人...


一旦他/她已你身边而去时,才发觉...


一切都太迟了....

水晶果冻

最近天气很热吧?? 如果有冷冷的果冻多好。。今天我们就来个果冻吧!!





主料 :1. 水果以自己的喜欢,然后切丁

               2. 果冻模具
               3. 一包水晶果冻粉

做法 :

1. 先将水晶果冻粉和250克白糖拌和。

2. 将切好的水果丁放入果冻模具

3. 将950毫升的水煮滚,慢慢的倒如拌好的水晶果冻粉和白 糖。慢慢的搅拌至溶解为止。

4. 可以加入你喜爱的色素或口味哦!

5. 然后可以倒如放有水果丁的果冻模具里。放入雪柜,冷了就可以吃咯。。。


简单吧???

Stir-fried Pork with Red Curry Paste and Long Green Bean

Class...today we will cook Stir-fried Pork (or chicken) with Red Curry Paste and Long Green Bean .

Ingredients
200 g. streaky pork
300 g. long green beans
2 Tbsp red curry paste
5 kaffir lime leaves
1 ½ Tbsp sugar
1 tsp fish sauce
1 Tbsp vegetable oil

Preparation
1. Wash long green beans, cut both ends, and cut into 1” length.

2. Put cut long green beans in a microwave (or scald in boiled water) for 2 minutes, shock with cold water,   drain and set aside.

3. Wash streaky pork, pat dry, and cut into pieces.

4. Wash kaffir lime leaves, tear in halves, remove central stems, and finely slice.

5. Heat on in a wok on medium-high heat. When oil is hot, add red curry paste, stir-fry until fragrant and oily, then add cut streaky pork.

6. Stir-fry until the pork is getting cook, season with fish sauce and sugar, and stir-fry until all ingredients mix together.

7. Add long green bean, stir-fry quickly to mix well, add finely sliced kaffir lime leaves and continue stir-fry for 30 seconds, then remove from heat.

8. Place the stir-fried pork with red curry and long green bean on a plate, top with finely sliced kaffir lime leaves and serve immediately.

9. MAKAN lahhhh !!!!!!

难忘童年。。。

昨天,真是我最最最倒霉的一天。。真的气到眼泪快流出来了,因为鼓在肚子那一口气,我被一个我以为她是朋友的人说我坏话。。。气死我!不过算啦。

这几天我不知搞什么鬼,竟然把快要发霉的饭吃下肚,又来个已经酸掉的糕吞下,哈哈哈,人家太饿了啦。。还好没送进医院,哈哈哈!!!不过给妈妈骂我‘笨蛋’

今天我看到大嫂在缝些图画,突然想起了以前。小时候,因为爸爸的工钱不高,妈妈只好在家缝衣赚些钱,那时候的我和哥哥还是小学,可是我们已经很懂事了哦,看到同学们有新款的铅笔盒,书包。好羡慕哦,可是我们知道家里不比人,也不会吵着要。我们小小年级就学会了赚一点点的钱哦,我就会缝雨伞,哥哥就做一些纸袋买给杂货店,一放学就忙这些,不过那时候不会觉得幸苦,觉得好好玩,哈哈哈!!每一个月爸爸拿了工钱,我们就好开心,因为可以去买些零食,每一个月就只等这一天。买了的零食还得慢慢的吃哦,不舍得嘛。也明白父母工作幸苦。我还记得爸爸买了二手的游戏机,Wahhh !!! 我跟哥哥好开心哦,不过玩不两次就坏了,哈哈哈,哥哥就自告奋勇来修理。哈哈。。。不过我们一家人,都过得好开心,好辛福哦。因为我们从不埋怨,从不怪爸妈。直到妹妹出世后,我们的生活还过的好,因为哥哥出来工作了。

现在想想,满可怜的。哈哈哈。。。不过我家人很鬼马哦,看看照片就知道了。。
